Help guys I just picked up a new hybrid rtc/tsn he's about 14 inches and will not eat anything. He's with a large tsn and orino bass whom both are eating as usual but he won't, what's the deal?

Agreed.

Help guys I just picked up a new hybrid rtc/tsn ...

If by "just" you mean within a week, then one'd say it is not uncommon for a fish to take 1-2 weeks to acclimate to your tank and figure out the diet change too. If the fish is healthy and as you say rather large already, I'd only worry if he refuses to eat after 2-3 weeks. If he was fed live only, that's another level of complexity for him to figure out the new diet you are offering.

Some fish do start immediately and some don't.

Okay to restate, this is the first fish to not eat at this size. usually they've all ate for me right away if not a few days after, thanks for the advice guys I'll just keep an eye out and monitor him
