Hybrid or Not?

I have a male Pseudotropheus socolofi with normal (blue/black) coloration that has spawned several times with a female albino Pseudotropheus socolofi. The offspring have all been of normal coloration. Do those in the hobby consider this offspring to be 'hybrid' or simply 'split gene'? Is the 'albino gene' desirable or not?

Not a hybrid because the parents are of the same species.

They are not a hybrid, same species. They are simply regular pseudotropheus socolofi, but they happen to carry the albino gene.

The genes were split but you could still sell them as double hets.
