Hybrid vieja. What's your take?

So i recently got this vieja from a friend as a birthday present. He says it's a synspila(male) x zonatus (female) . Someone in his city bred these. He's currently in a 36*18*18 tank with a female convict (half his size) and 5 lemon tetras.
It's almost 3" In size.
I wanted to know
1. In looks is it more synspila like or zonatus like?
2. How much time do i have left to upgrade?
3 . What tank size should I keep it in. I'll keep it solo cause viejas are very hard to come by in my city.
4 . Does it look like a male or a female?
I think it's a female by the rounded fins.

Yup 26°c . But it's rarely on. It's already 20 -30 here

Heaters out of the water (even partially) could explode.I wouldn't risk it ,has the water evaporated?

I generally only keep the temperature adjust knob outside the water. This tank is due a water change tomorrow. I'll fill it right back up.

BTW the fish is almost 2" not 3 "

early to tell what it will look like, the yellow and blue usually are zonatus colors but melanurum will show them as well.
2. How much time do i have left to upgrade?
I would move it out by 5-6 inches max, though it may decide not to share the tank sooner than that.
3 . What tank size should I keep it in. I'll keep it solo cause viejas are very hard to come by in my city.
I would recommend a 125 gallon minimum for a male
4 . Does it look like a male or a female?
