Are all first generation male hybrid infertile .......male Texas female red devil is the males in the first fry going to be infertile

No, it depends on what you are mixing in with them. Texas x Red Devil is gonna have a higher fertility rate in males than Texas x Parrot. Since Parrot males are sterile it gets bred in making fry more likely to be sterile.
 
So if I breed with female parrot for the males in the fry to have a better chance of being fertile I would have to breed my best female with a fertile male ......red devil or Texas help me out

Ok that's what I want so if I want more fertile males take my best looking female from that fry and mate her with.........midas, red devil, Texas , featae. what????????

Red Texas but males wit a better chance of being able to breed .......I had hybrids that were awesome but they were males that were sterile

If you really want to try Red Texas I would say find a nice female Red Texas and get a nice male Green Texas (Carpintis). Most people that attempt this project from scratch only to give up when they realize their fish don't come out as nice. It takes a few generations to create halfway decent RT.
