Hybrids?

Many albino African cichlids are hybrid crosses, having said that a large scale commercial African cichlid breeder in Florida that I know once bred the same strain of yellow labs for close to 20 years, and one day had an albino surface from that line. It blew him away, so I guess anything is possible.

Just did a quick search. Is the only difference the lack of eye pigment in the albino?

I guess there is also not the black markings either.
