Ok well let me ask u this, keep in mind its a 55 Gallon FOWLR. Would two Hydor Koralia 2 Aquarium Powerhead UL 600 GPH be enough circulation for what i need and has anyone ever dealt with Aloha Aquariums before? Never dealt with Aloha-Aquarium's but 2 koralia's in a FOWLR should be sufficient unless there is a lot of live rock blocking much of the flow.

It may work but you defiently wanna turn the volume of your water over at least once in a hour. This too help's from getting dead zone's in the tank where detritus build's and cause's ammonia, and all those nasty things.
