Yeap.....i like them...had two in a 180gal.

Yeah. They push water just as promised. I like them, but they have a few possible cons:

Grate could allow smaller fish or long flowing fins to be pulled into blades (I have not seen this happen, I just think it's a possibility)

Intake is always right at powerhead, so they cannot be used to draw water from one part of the tank and eject it elsewhere. So, they are no good for waterfalls, UGFs, mattenfilters, etc.

Cannot be fitted with venturi or airline for air injection.

Should i get two #2 one on each side or just one #3 will be good enough for 6 foot long 125 g tank?

i have a #2 and it works well provides a nice flow pattern i dont like how most other power heads are such a direct stream of water

I heard they are kind of big and chunky. But i haven't seen it person.

I would get two, one on each side. It will reduce the "dead zones" in your tank.

the #1 and #2 are decent sized anything bigger and they get kinda fat and noticable
