Hydra Infestation

Has anyone experience Hydras in their freshwater tanks? I just discovered this, I definitely feed my fish a good amount but practically do 20-30% water changes daily making sure vacuum food and waste. I’m thinking the cause might be my lights. They’re on a timer but it doesn’t officially go off till 1am (lowest blue setting available and I can’t change the turn off time).

Any recommendations on how to treat this?

I have an infestation in my shrimp tank. Eventually they died off.

definetly hydra. From a youtube video in aquarium co-op or someone like that, they die off, and aren't really a huge problem.

What else is in the tank?
I’ve read mollies will eat them.
No first hand experience to back that up though.

Pike, bichirs, peacocks.. a mollies best friend ? maybe if I can find a large blue gourami but maybe I’ll just do salt
