It looks Vittatus to me, Though it could be Tanzanae.
Heres my 10inch vittatus for comparison.

I am not 100% it is a Vittatus though, It is quite hard to ID ATF. And mine took 9 months from 4 inches to get to this size.

Here, vittatus are one of the more common species brought in, so maybe there's a high chance mine is a vittatus.

8x2x2ft 240 gal. They're slow growers they usually take about 2-3 years to get to 12-15inch.
