want to do one up, similiar to the payara one we've got. but first, need info!! anyone have input on

1-how we should structure this?

2-what we should include

3-ideas for what else we can branch this into

Maybe 2 posts?
1 of Goliath other for Vittatus. Both have way different characteristics leading to be housed differently. Pictures of small and large species? Maybe someone can post a Juvi (2-4") of a baby VATF and you can come over and take some flicks of my SON :headbang2
Feeding tricks off live?
Maybe Location points?
Sizes based on Home Captivity
Maybe past importers to give them credit??

Definately. 1 post per species

Gd idea on pics @ diff sizes. We will also do a pictorial thread for each sp @ diff sizes

Yeah feeding is a definately, I'm thinking transport, powerfeeding too

Can u elaborate what u mean by locality? Rmbr this is intended to b geared as a captive guide

Yeah sizes are another gd point

We can add credit by appropriately referencing.

Check out the captive gar guide in the gar forum to get a better of what I'm talking abt. Haha. West, I'd nominate u to write the VATF section. How would u feel abt it? U will b credited of course

X2, you are nominated! Great idea!

I think you are the go to guy on info for these species.

Lol, thanks but I'm not even close. I can only give details on my guy n have no problem sending my observations to keepers.

The dude that has shed light on me is none other than "F U G U P U F F". He's the one that knows lots about them in general!

Another member who has raised both Goliath and Vittatus, with a wealth of knowledge is Tigerfangs.
But it seems he hasn't been active since Feb of this year.:(
