Hydrolycus family fish help

hey guys i got a three inch fish today, its in the hydrolycus family with armatus..but the fish insnt identified i guess its too small to judge yet.
wondering if any one has kept one like this or can identify him... not realy sure what to feed him he seems interested in fillets but doesnt eat them. also sits funny, like straight up... any help would be great guys thanks!

i dont think its a scomb... maybe a tat. check the other characins section.

Pellets, if you can. But feeders, silver sides, etc.
 
Scomb----------and they are dedicated predators, so live fish for food.--------------nice pick up
