Hydrolycus sp. ID

Hey guys. Could someone verify that this fish is Hydrolycus scomberoides?

Most pictures of scomberoides don't show such a prominent black spot high up on the gill cover. Thanks for any help.

I wouldn't keep them with anything overly aggressive.

waste of time. they are very skittish and dont grow.

ive had a pair of them with a pair of rhaphs for about 6 months now. the rhaphs have doubled in size, and the cynos have not grown at all...even though they eat every day
