can some give me info on the the hyjeta gar is it really a gar i read is a barracuda i bought thinking is a short nose gar need some info thanks

the hujeta gar (Ctenolucius hujeta) is not at all a gar. i believe they reach a max of about a foot and do best in groups of 3 or more. although from personal experience i found that they do fine as a single specimen. do a quick google search...or search MFK. this topic has come up many times before.
