so lets say for the sake of conversation somebody was to leave a package of San Francisco Bay Bloodworms out of their freezer for oohhhhh let's say about 24 hours :) Would they be okay since they are in a foil sealed package and put back into the freezer. I don't know who would be so forgetfull as to do a thing ilike this but just in case this thread will be here for them when it happens ;) And they will be thankful for everyone who replys too.

Its not good to refreeze them its not unhealthy but they lose the nutrients same as leaving them long and they freezer burn.
Theres a proper term for what I'm referring too but i always forget it lol Delgado reminded me the last time maybe he'll read this thread.

I have done that a couple of times. I think the first time I got scared and threw them out. The second time they were only out for about 8 hours, so I went ahead and put them back in the freezer. I didn't have any problems when I fed them.

I was told by another person that they should be fine if they are left out for 24 hours, but I always get paranoid. Hopefully it wasn't a new package.

yeah I'm figuring it would probably be safe but I don't really know for a 100% It's an airtight seal but I see it loseing a little bit of nutritional value too.
