Hypothetically would this work?

Just put the Irridescent in the tank its not like he grows to 4 feet in 4 weeks..

I dont oppose you putting the irridescent in the tank is just risky

yeah iv'e seen those video's lots of times. he has paroon's .. which do get alot bigger then irridescent's. and alot of people confuse id's and iridescent's
ID is short for emperor ID shark .. which is anotehr name for a paroon. Iridescent doesn't really have anotehr anme that I know of then iridescent. but yah Id is not the same as iridescent. and he';s going in the new tank for now. He will get a bigger tank when the time is right. And if worst comes to absoulte worst and I can't work for some reason to get a bigger tank .. He will be getting a nice new home. I ahve friends with 180+ tanks .. plus I know a LFS owner and a breeder who probably wouldn't mind ahving him. but thats if worst comes to worst. for now he's staying with me. I should ahve left him out of the post. everything else together is what i was wondering .. and the oscar with everything else but i mainly got my answer

Awesome advice. Maybe now he needs a great dane puppy... maybe a baby iguana... Oh Oh... I know a colt. I mean its not like they get 1500 lbs in four weeks.

ur totally right. If we had that mentallity of oh get it now its not like a gets huge over night, most here wouldnt be advising so strongly against it if it was that easy. in this case the OP has there mind made up, its one of those would this be ok threads where it turns out not only are they going to do it anywas but they already got thefish. so might as well let them go on there own and let them learn.

With the right size tank and lots of care .. Hypothetically all bought as juvies I suppose would it be possible to keep ...

1x iridescent shark expect a 3ft monster that requires about 1000+g, beleive it or not these do much much better in groups so you should have atleast 2.
2x bala sharks large schooling, skittish fish. should be in groups of 5+ and atleast 125g, 180+ prefered.
1x redtail black shark lunch for an id shark, possibly the oscar as well
1x oscar 75+g tank, will kill the angel fish no doubt
1x angel fish id will eat it, oscar will kill it, redtail shark will harrass and prob. kill it.

possible to keep these together or where would my concerns be?

answers in red, basically nothing on your list is compatible.

a 2.5 foot ID shark will most definitely eat a oscar.
