Hystrix eye growth

Hello everyone,
I have young female Hystrix and noticed that she has some weird growth on her eyes. The growth looks almost like eye lashes and the eyes are otherwise completely clear. She's behaving normally, eating like a pig (caught her trying to eat a gourami today).
The water parameters (checked today after the feeding): Ammonia:0, Nitrites:0, Nitrates:20.

Temp, size tank, tank mates and pics if possible

Temperature is 80F. Tank is 150 with a 48G sump. Tank mates are:
1. 2X Kissing gouramis
2. Parrot Chiclid
3. Black Ghost knife
4. Elephant nose
5. African clawed frog
6. Rainbow shark
7. 2X Pictus cats

Pictures are going to be hard to get as the growth is only seen with a magnifying glass, but I can try.

Does it look white and possibly a fungal growth over eye?

It's pretty much colorless and I can't say it's fungus since it's lacking the typical cottony appearance, but then who knows. It's literally around the eyes in a circle.
