How fast do these rays grow? How long will it take for them to reach maximum size?

Hystrix Growth Rate

I bought mine 2 years and 3 months back, they were very small at the time so i dont think they were more then months old. Now the male has had rolled claspers for 6 months, and the female seems to be not far from fully grown. The female seemed to climb the ladder when she were put in the big tank(1200 gallon).
What is the growth rate per month in inches for a male? Which would grow faster? Male Retic or male Hystrix? What is the average size they grow? Thanks!

I have found hystrix to be a slow growing ray. My breeder female I bought in 2009 @ 6", today she is about 11". One of my males was 3.5-4" in late 2011 and is 7.5" now. He had rolled claspers a year ago, but was in the presense of a mature female and another mature male.
