Looks like a Texas Cichlid don't know what sex it is.

Yeah it’s a Texas...looks like a male to me

Agree cyanoguttatus, the profile (steep) looks male, and there isn't a dark blotch in the dorsal that I can see, so also a male trait.
Here are its close cousin carpintus photos to compare, which show the same type gender differences.
