I’m “Hook”ed

Meet Hook, named after Captain Hook I assume from Peter Pan. This guy has one eye and has been passed to a few keepers now. I see a possible diamond in the ruff.

The previous owner was not sure of the ID. I want to say retro as my first guess, tueg as my second. Perhaps I could get some more feedback from some experts

I also got a small 3” albino Senegal but my dat tried to eat it as soon as I put it in the tank so it is living in my sump for now. Not sure if it will make it or not??‍ So I am not putting too much stock in it until it gets a bit of size.

I will try to get some better pics over the next few days, now that it is in my tank.

I read that they tend to have a green sheen to them on black or dark substrate. It has already started to have that when I put it in my tank last night.
