Hi Everyone

I am very new to fish keeping. Was given an Aqua One AR126 tank about 12 months ago and have 7 Neon Tetra's and 2 Albino Bristle noses in it. The bug bit and I bought a Aquas One AR-850 about 6 months ago which now has a number of Cichlid species and a couple more brown bristle noses. I was also given what I beleive to be a pair of Blue Dolphins which (as the bug has bitten hard) have been moved into their own tank, an Aqua One 620T only a week ago.

From the reading I have done on the interweb so far it does appear that I have a breeding pair and that the female my be expecting. The one I think is the male is constantly moving the gravel in the bottom of the tank and the female is showing no interest in food. Can anyone give me advice on what to look for to confirm this?

Well they will dig a lot, the male a female will be cleaning a spot in the tank. They will wiggles their bodies back and forth with each other. Cichlids naturally move the gravel but it does sound like you may have fry.
