Florida
Last week i cast netted a little large mouth bass about 4 inches. Hes in a 55 gallon with a golden shiner, 6 florida sun fish and 3 craw dads. The other fish immidetely went after the blood worms and they love them but my LMB did not eat them at all. So one night i was feeding my dats and i droped some krill into my 55 gallon just to see what they would do with it. Well my 4 inch LMB ate 4 pieces of large krill. I felt so happy that he would just take food like that so easially. I might keep him for a long time if he stays on this krill diet. I think the other fish helped also by eating the blood worms because the bass got excited. The bass has awsome colors and looks great. I just think its amazing that he just ate a ton of krill that he never has seen in his life. Hes really a great fish that swims all over the tank and is so beautiful. Just felt like sharing that with you guys.

Careful with the crawdads in there... you will end up with no fish.

And you are going to need a *much* bigger tank at some point :)

the crawdads are small and just eat stuff on bottom.

Really? i thought Large mouth bass stay small....

large mouth bass do stay small world recored was 30 inches or sumthing like that wild caught so it will probly stay under 2 feet

The LMB will eventually scarf down that crawdad. It's what they do.
And yes a 55 gal is going to be way to small for that fish.
