What i was afraid of....that happened 2 me......my silver aro got one drop eye....
What should i do? Can it be curable?

Silvers get drop eye all the time. Don't worry about it and just take care of that Silver like you normally would. Probably 95% of Silvers in the pet trade probably has it or will develop it.

I have hurd its got to do with diet and water conditions?

Maybe change the diet?

I have grown alot of aros up in the past some get drop eye some don't.

I am currently growing up 4 silvers on live crickets ans insects to see if that diet will stop drop eye.

Ya i will obviously take care of her. But is there any process by which i can cure it.......have anyone ever cured it?

in my expirience no one has. there are risky surgeries but normally you would only do that on asians. Mine has one eye with it.

No i don't want 2 do surgeries........well as u said i think i can't cure it.......but just want 2 know can other eye also develop? can drop eye create any other health problem? can affect growth rate or any problem in future?

No known cure for it. Some say it's a genetic defect since Silvers have been farm bred and inbreeding has occurred. Some have suggested blocking off all side viewing so it forces it to look up or a ping pong ball to keep it's eyes occupied by looking up, but I highly doubt any of this works.

all the silvers i see have it. mine has it in one eye. no big deal, just gotta learn to deal with it
