Try Sam Garcia Jr. AKA Sam Scales he is an artist, and knows many people in the hobby.
 
I collect vintage ceramic fish from the 1960’s for my fish room and have always done really well finding artists on Etsy as well as a lot of vintage pieces. There is also an artist who does custom fish acrylic paintings. I do one for every species that I keep, below is the vieja melanura she did.
