In quality males its typically is present at 2-3". A picture might help answer your question.

I was talking to a breeder and he pretty much said that you can already see a FH's potential by the time they are about 3 to 4 inches.

So here he is. The pics arent great but darker almost blueish with nice pearls and nice red eyes. Not sure if he is a kamfa or not. From petsmart but much nicer then the usual ones i see there and much more pricey.

Yours will more than likely never grow a hump, and if it does it will be very small.
