One of my Dats had pinkish face like that when I fed some of the uneaten food from the peacocks to it. Eventually went away after a week after water changes. Not sure what causes it. I can see waves across its face as well. At the time, I just barely got the monos and Tems in. The next day, the bass developed ich so I'm assuming that's what caused the pinkish face on the dat's face because he/she was the only one that ate it. Idk for sure but that's just my thought since it happened so suddenly. One of the Kels and 2/3 of my O's weren't eating but luckily I had the other bass that were eating what I gave them so eventually they gave in and started eating. I'm thinking if you don't want to lose it, then you should keep it with the others so that it can be motivated to eat and just continue doing water changes daily and add aquarium salt. That's just my thought. You never know, it might pull through.
