When I first started working on my 75 gallon setup, my wife broke my camera and I've been unable to post pics. Most of what I've done has been inspired by, and under the guidance and suggestions of folks on this board, particularly Chompers and Dr. Joe.

Here's my stand and canopy

The exterior is cabinet grade Birch Plywood, with Minwax Golden Oak stain and 3 coats of min wax wipe on poly.

Here is the canopy full opened, I have one 2 light strip in it now, but there is room to add 2 more if I ever decide to do live plants (that would give me > 3 watts per gal)

Here's a view of my right side DIY PVC overflow, and DIY return

Now looking toward the left side overflow

Here's my sump, a 90 qt sterilite container with sterilite drawers for a wet/dry trickle

For my trickle filter I'm using 3 stacked sterilite drawers, The top drawer is about 2 inches deep, has filter pad, and acts as trickle plate, the first deep drawer is all scrubbies, the bottom deep drawer is a filter pad, floss, eggcrate, then scrubbies.

Here's the plumbing

Full tank shot....the plants all came from a greenery sale at hobbie lobby
