haha. too bad.
MFK use to use the Chat, but due to member's inability to control themselves, it was taken down. Now after only one night (which was an accident), the membership proved the chat does not have a home on MFK.
II tried to use AC's chat but it seems to be disabled too, I just joined, is there a minimum post count?
Why punish everyone for a few jackasses? It seems like it would do a great service to let people show their true colors and be banned, weeding themselves from the herd of those of us than can be mature.
But I guess that isnt a politically correct stand to take huh?

From a pure volunteer staff standpoint, moderating chat would be close to impossible or fairly ineffective at best IMO. I would love to see chat used myself. From a purely selfish standpoint though, I prefer to spend my time sifting through fish related topics than policing those few members who want to abuse it. (weeding those members out is no easy task) Purely my $0.02 though, as mentioned above I would prefer to have it/vote for it, for the record.
