I cracked.... new 90gal......

hello all,

as per my last post, the china LFS tempted me with a nice 90gal for $24 US dollars.....

1 day later.....it sits in my apartment.....somehow, i am gonna ship it back home, freight, whatever.....have some more things and some people who are interested in shipping stuff back also - so hopefully the cost won't be toooo high.....

they threw in a nice pbass.....coloring up nicely already.....

1 silver, 1 pbass, 1 common plec...

my jar is healing in the 20gal.....had a small scuffle with the silver...

on a side note, perhaps someone can help me, cuz my brain is done working for the day....

as you can see in the pic - the tank is at floor level -

how can i vacuum stuff of the bottom of the tank? the siphon won't work now or will it?

no battery powered stuff here either.....at least that i want to buy....

any other ways to get stuff off the bottom?

It will still work but not as well. You can get one of those faucet suction type things like a python....

Very nice tank, makes me want one with black silicone...
You could always just use a net to sweep up stuff on the bottom.
