Just got this "pair" a few days ago and wondering if u guys think it could be a breeding pair and what type. Newish to cichlids, ive somehow been reverting to smaller fish lately. First pic my guess is a male and second pic female, but again i dont know much about this. Thanks!

Thanks for the quick response! Much appreciated. But no not sure at all about being a pair thats y im askin for advice. If these are both in fact females, would it be worth pickin up a male for one of them or are they low grade flowers?

Recently aquired 2 aged firemouths and another suspected pair of jd's aswell. Just curious if i could breed or cross any of them. Been keeping fish for 15 yrs and ive never bred anything but guppies lol. Time to learn
