from the pic i would say a very very black ray . but if you could get a better pic i would most likely suggest something else

This type of ray is often exported from Peru as simply Potamotrygon sp Peru, also seen them marked up as Peruvian Flower, no idea why! I'm with Yargnits, pretty sure it isn't Orbignyi, better pics should help to verify this.
Looks a nice ray.
