I.d hemichromis, faciatus or frempongi?

Hi all, while at the LFS the weekend I came across a lone hemichromis in a tank, it was labeled elongatus but obviously with the red belly it's either of the two in the title. Currently 3 inches, I will get pics if he ever sits still and cooperates. Any obvious way to tell them apart?

I'm gonna go with Hemichromis Fasciatus. The greens are to dark and the belly is orange vs red. Have any other 5 spots to put with it?

How big are yours, o thought max wS 9 inch but I've heard you had up to 12?
