I.D. Mystery Cichlid

This guy came in with the juvi Fire Mouth Cichlids and we can figure out what it is. It's about 1.5" long and usually doesn't show the vertical bands like in the pics but we pissed him off for photos. He uaually hides in the corner away from the FMs. any help apprecialted.

Paratheraps/Vieja sp. Grow it out a bit for a positive ID. They all look really similar when small.
