You really need to show a side view so we can see his colors before we can guess what your Vic is. I have no idea at this point.
Yes, that is definitely a victorian hap. We will need better pics for an exact ID though. What did you purchase it as? But, my guess would be a xystichromis flameback.
Thanks everyone,i believe it is a flameback.Bought him in a mixed hap tank when he was little and i was pretty sure he was a flameback too.Hes a sub dominant male in my tank but he was beautifull in there tank.My cameras bad and that was the best picture out of the 10 i took,lol.Was a fairly expensive one for me $300 buck but the shutter speed is snail slow.
No, its definitely not a nyererei at all. I have seen many flamebacks which go into this state of color when they are stressed out, which leads me to believe that it's a flameback. BTW, Xystichromis and Pundamilia are two different genuses.
