Which plant do you want the ID for?

It looks like Jungle Val in the background and some type of sword (broad leaf amazon maybe) in the middle there. Not sure what is on the sides without a better picture.
 
Thank you. so I have another question. Is a 3100k bulb good enough for them in a 125 gallon tank?
