You can tell by its rounded head that it's one of the pike cichlids that used to be called Batrachops.

Crenicichla reticulata or C. semifasciata, I think.

Definitely semifasciata. I used to have a pair. Cool fish!

The one with no red is a Crenicichla SP or belly crawler. That's my guess at least.
