Need some id on this poly, looks like a lap but not sure what kind.

It has some very nice tall finlets! Good pick up. If the store did not call it anything special or wild caught then I would assume just a captive born lap. If the store could call it something special and get more for it, they would!

I actually havent got it yet, i called some lfs last friday and asked them if they can get me a lap, the guy in the store said that they will try but the have a set of bichirs coming in monday so i asked what are on the list , they said that mostly are common bichirs and they have two WC palmas, so i said do you have a pic. Of the palmas cause i have a gold dust and a polli, he said once he get the shippment he'll send me a pic. And this is what he send me, not sure if he knows what kind of poly it is but when i saw the pic its a lap. Im Not sure what kind lap it is but he said its WC, so imma go tomorrow and buy it.
Ive seen laps labelled as palmas in a few lfs in my area several times. Infact my first lap was a wc nigerian labeled as a palmas.
So this is the lap that my LFS is holding till tomorrow for me. Its still label as palmas bichir. Is it a lap yes/no? It is nigerian lap yes/no? What you guys think?
