Haplochromis sp. "Red Back Scraper" is my guess. http://www.cichlid-forum.com/profiles/species.php?id=1662

But it could be something like a Paralabidochromis sp. "Rock Kribensis" just not displaying, but I think the first one is what it is.

he dose not get the horozontal bars but dose not have the red back

Not all Haplochromis sp. "Red Back Scraper" have the bars... That was only one picture.
Depending on there aggression and if they have a female and a ton of other stuff.

Oh I found it... Astatotilapia brownae (Astatotilapia is a subgenus of Haplochromis)
