Okay - a few months ago I had mentioned a really strange "pencil eel" at a LFS. No pic, and NO ID... Nobody on here could ID it, and somebody finally told me to get it.
Well, a few months later, I've gotten it.... It has grown a bit, and having a better look at it, I can describe it a bit better, and got some crappo pictures for you! Hope you can ID it!
First of all, it's about 15 inches long and thinner than a pencil.
Head and pectorals are like that of an American/European Eel.
Clear caudal fin almost from behind the head, all the way back. No evident anal fin.
This thing also never stops moving. Hyper... (Not sure how it behaves when left alone in a tank though, yet.)
So, basically, take an American eel / European eel, and squeeze it until it's the diameter of only about 1/4 an inch.
Color is a tan.
