So, unfortunately the day i get back from my trip and get my hands on my camera to take pics of the Archocentrus multispinosa that i picked up from Reiner, I find that the medium sized male grew some sort of scab on his head. Not sure if its HITH or some other disease or is it just a battle scar.

BTW, there will be a whole thread on my tank and its new inhabitants coming very soon and i have some very very exciting surprise news to share!!!!

but for now, what is this????

Not HITH. What other fish do you have? Water parameters (before a water change)?

will do. thanks, I'll try and get the water params soon, but this week is so hectic with school starting again and everything, I'm probably not going to be able to even do a W/C till this weekend =(

hmmm... could be, they are new to the tank, so maybe he was exploring his new environment.
