Hey guys next week i got 8 Multis coming i have a 20L for them but i have been keeping the tank cycled with a sponge filter from my 125 and a AC 70 that i filled with ceramic rings from my FX6 and with 6 red eye tetras and 6 black skirt and 2 corys. They cant stay in the 20L i feel bad about flushing them but get a little excited when i think about dropping them in my 125.
Am i bad person for wanting to put them in my 125

I definitely wouldn't flush the fish and if they aren't a good fit for your 125G tank, rehome them.

What’s currently in the 125?

Whatever you end up doing, please don’t flush fish. That is not a good way of disposing them. If you can’t find ways to dispose them , one can always freeze them in a cup or other small volume. They go to sleep and don’t wake up.

Actually, freezing is very similar to clove oil or other anesthetics. The metabolism is lowered to a crawl, until the fish dies. In freezing it happens quite quickly. With clove oil….. and there there is the variable of dosage, which does not play a role with freezing.
