I lost an IT today when I was out...

it looks like there was a fight in the corner (there was water on the back of the tank under the background) and it looks like that this guy was trying to get away and tried to swim into on my FX5 intakes (they are lacking strainers) and died...

it was laying on the bottom but his head was all weird and what not...

I guess the only good thing about this is I think there was something wrong with him because his stomach was always bloated.

Soooo

I will be picking up another one or two tomorrow...

Hope you get a better and energetic one :D

I am not sure there anything wrong with a bloated stomach, because my little one always bloated with pellet and will fight the other fish that are twice as his size for food :eek:
 
BTW if your looking for small to medium 4"ish tiger, goto lucky's aquarium (market village). I saw some nice 3 bar (on each side) tiger, and I assume them as IT for $49. I cant really tell the difference, because they were unstable. It look like 2 strip and 3 strip (tail section), but I couldnt tell, maybe you can score yourself a ST. They also got a nice big 7" roughly 3 bar (both side) tiger for $150, its black (very unstable) and couldnt tell if its an IT or ST either.. but go check them out if you have the time. :D

I will go back to check them out tomarrow, I got my eye fix on the baby paroon shark for $9 :D *cute*
 
I am thinking about picking up a couple of smaller ones because I have one now about 2"s and he is a loner so I wanted to pick some up his size since 3 of my ITs are about 3-4" and my AT is pushing 7"s
 
well some good news, I will start a new thread for it though...
