Well, I got my 2 little ocell/mono's about 2-3 weeks ago. I first got into pbass about a month ago. I bought three and two of the smaller ones were munched by my marbled cat. Same size as them when I got them, a week later he grew an inch and ate em. One lived. Only to be munched about a month later
. He was my favorite one too. But anyways, to make up for the two that were originally munched, I bought the first two I mentioned. I also bought a pbass labeled as temensis (Still not sure due to him only having two vertical stripes at 3" or so.) I now have my 1.5" and 2" mono/occel on cichlid bio gold and the temensis to follow suit. Although thankfully, they have never eaten live in my tanks, only FD BW and FD Krill. In a few months I am building an 8'x4'x30" or so plywood for all my monsters to go into in about 6-8 months. My catfish is now 8" and arowana about 4-6". I have my remaining pbass in a 20g growout, soon to go into a 30g growout. I may have to rehome/buy them another tank to continue the growout process. Due to the rate my catfish is growing (about 5" this month
), I don't think my pbass will ever be with him until he reaches about 20" and tapers off his growth rate. If anyone wants pics/proof of my catfish's growth or my baby pbass eating cichlid gold, just ask in this thread or PM me.
