Dud a small like 10% on the bb cat tank to test it out and I love it.
I need to get one. I’ve been doing water changes with buckets to 5 tanks lol
It’s so much better dude. The only thing I don’t like is how soft the tubing is
I don’t actually own a python, I have the aqueon (might be cheaper, I’m not sure) one and it works a charm…until the faucet adapter gets stripped after 10+ years of use (had it since my parents set up a tank when I was young) and the thing cracks trying to fix it…
So I got a python head…and that didn’t fit on the aqueon pipe…so got a new aqueon head…and the long time waiting for shipping made for some dirty tanks…
There has been a few mods made to it (like extending the hose) to make it through the house, but it hasn’t leaked in a while and still does it’s job.
The pipe is much stiffer on it, the soft might be better, as it will not puncture as easily.

stiffer hoses tend to kink out in a weird way when coiled. Ive had the same python hose since 1998
Thank you, it’s amazing. One bad thing though, it’s about a foot and a half too short to get to the sink to my bedroom fish tank
