Doing water changes
Man I was doing a water change on my 240 and after i drained it and started to refill the tank i was just browsing the internet and started reading some news story and stuff and then i think to myself the tank should be full and look over and see there is water on the floor. So i dried everything up as best i could it took like 6 towels. But what i was wondering waht about the water that got under the stand in between the floor i tried to get everything but i knwo that there is water under there. And this is on a hardwood floor so i dont wanna damage the floor. Should i get a fan or something or will i have to drain it and move the tank? And has anyone else ever done this. Man i gotta hurry up on that drip system.

This happen to me with my 180. My filter leaked that was hanging on the back an ac110. Well needless to say I got what i thought was alot of water. BUt I knew I had to drain and move the beast of a tank that it is. I got rid of 70% of my stock moved the tank and cleaned underneath. Grant it I had carpet under the standso it was more of a rush job with me as i did not want mold. Hope this helps

Better safe than sorry!

I wouldnt risk the value of my house knowing that theres water on my floorboards, carpet, etc.
