I FOOLED the FLOWERS!!!

i have been trying to break my flower rays off of live food for like 4 weeks now. i have had SOME luck with the male taking whole small frozen prawns but the female went on a hunger strike! i have tried EVERY trick in the book to try to get them to eat silversides, krill, market shrimp, prawn, etc. with no luck. Well today i was fed up!!!! i took some canadian night crawlers (their favorite live food) and cut them into 1" long pieces. i took these pieces and shoved Hikari Food Sticks into them. was able to fit 2 sticks into some of the worms. well i threw them in expecting the worst and was surprised to find that they took them down!
My though process is that after doing this for a few meals they will be used to the flavor of the food sticks. i will then take a worm and blend it in my magic bullet until it is liquified. im going to try to soak some massivore and sinking carnivore in the ground/blended worm guts. hopefully, once these pellets soften up and soak up the wormy goodness, and with a little hunger, i can get these F**kers to eat some pellets.
has anyone here ever tried the liquification of worms for this puporses? any luck? i need these things to eat something other than worms because my girlfriend hates feeding them worms when im on the road AND they can eat like $6 of worms a day!!!
ill let you all know how it goes in the next few days....

Good luck I wanna try the same thing, worms can get pretty expensive. But you flowers are probably pretty huge.

you probably can if you break them in half. i used to stuff halves of massivore into shrimp

tired to stuff massivore into the worms... its nearly impossible, even if i break them in half. the food sticks work best for now. the peices that i was able to get the massivore into, the rays spit the massivore out of the worms... lol

I learned the soaking method from nic last year sometime and it works great....I have a flower starting to eat sinking carnivore already.

if you lightly soak massivore then use pinky pump or large syringe you can inject it into worms easily
