Hello all. I thought I'd share some pics of my latest herp, not named yet, which I got for my birthday on the 8th April. Don't worry, I did the research, it wasn't a random present!

Here it is, my Tiger Ameiva (Ameiva Festiva):

oh he is so cute, good luck with your awesome b-day present.. :)

nice setup ...love the enclosure

Thanks for the kind words. Sorry it took so long for me to reply, my comp started messing up, and I've spent a lot of time trying to get it working again after I wiped the HDD. The little guy is shedding, so I'm hoping for some even better coloration.

The custom ones are better and cheaper though, but take a lot of planning and elbow grease.

Although if you that exo terra as a birthday gift, wow... I wish I have someone that could afford to buy one for me. I am drooling...

Hehe.I don't think the exo-terra is the largest, but it is a biggish one. It was £70, and itwas a Christmas Prezzie, designed to keep my Tree-Frogs in. Unfortunately, it looked terrible because of the mucus, waste, and constant damage to plants, so I removed the frogs to plastic housing, and set it up for a lizard :)

I hoping he grows a bit bigger, because it would be nice to have something of handleable size. Right now he's about as big as an adult anole, and you can't exactly hold him very well.
