Funny thing is...I just marinated 60lbs of Pollo Asada. Along with 40lbs of Carne Asada, cooked off 30lbs of Carnitas, Grilled 10lbs of Hoisin Buffalo Tri-Tip, and 10lbs of Santa Maria Tri-Tip. Finishing my lunch break and I got some more prep to do.

LOL, Ben and I hung out in LA last time I was down there when he very generously picked me up and took me on a LFS tour. Was a great time but I initially had a hard time getting past the chef hat, knife attached to his hand, chicken in the car, and the crazy mustache.
