I found krylon fusion clear coat

So i found a clear spray from krylon fusion. Has anyone used it before. No one seems to answer my threads about aquarium safe paints/clear coat.
So im going to use it on a cement background that i made. Hopping it will seal the cement and not let it raise the PH so high. My readings are off the chart for PH in my cement background tanks.
Since no ones knows much a about aquarium safe paints. Ill teach you guys something.

Have you looked at pond sealers? The liquid type. Maybe you could spray them thru a gun or brush on. There is a thread I remember but cannot recall where i saw it, where the styrofoam background was coated in cement/render then sealed with pond sealer.
