Ahhh very nice SP. Orinoco are they not second appears to be a female whered you get them or is it a female proteus don't think so they have more then one red eye spot on there dorsal fin don't they
Not orinoco... I would have to show a pic of the male with his dorsal flared for an ID picture.

Where did you find them? I would very, VERY much like to have a pair. Everytime I have ordered them I get regani... 
Funny, everytime I saw regani for saw at the lfs, they were noto's thus far. There are also a new undescribed wallacii looklike all over the place around here coming out of Columbia atm ...
