What is the original art called, and who did it?

I believe its called,"The Archangel Michael weighing the souls of the damned."? A classic piece by Hans Holbein. It was done by Miles at Black Wings Tattoo here in Hayward CA. I changed it a little. Instead of a demon/cherub on the scales, I went with 3 cherubs to represent my mother, father and, sister. New cherubs will be added as more family dies I guess? And, its a b/w piece. Just a little more shading required. Thanks!!
